MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

To join the Charlotte Aeromodelers (CAM), 1) you must complete this application and 2) pay your CAM membership dues/initiation fee, 3) possess and sustain a membership with the AMA, and 4) have a sponsor who is a CAM member in good standing (who will mentor you while you are qualifying for full general membership). Your status with CAM will remain as an “applicant” member until you can satisfy each of the four criteria sated above.

By signing this application you commit to fulfill all of the duties as a member, abide by all AMA and field safety rules, club’s rules of conduct, and treat fellow members with full dignity and respect at all times as found in the Aeromodelers’ “Members’ Handbook”.

 

Annual Dues (select the appropriate category)

 

$200 General Members: individuals 19 and older (June 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012) plus initiation fee below

$0 Junior Members: individuals 18 and younger (must complete application and meet criteria noted above and must have a sponsor)

$100 Initiation Fee: (Junior Members waived: individuals 18 and younger)
